By downloading, installing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Eligibility and Membership:
1.1. To register an account, use the App, or participate in the investment and referral schemes, you must be a legally recognized member of the XPANZ MULTIPURPOSE CO-OP SOCIETY LTD. and a resident of India aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Registration requires a valid Sponsor ID / Referral Code. Any registration completed with fraudulent or incorrect Sponsor data will result in immediate termination of the account.
1.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All transactions initiated under your account credentials will be deemed as authorized by you.
2. Investment and Deposit Terms:
2.1. All investment products offered within the App (including Fixed Deposits, Recurring Deposits, and Daily/Pigmy Collections) are governed by the bylaws of XPANZ MULTIPURPOSE CO-OP SOCIETY LTD. and applicable cooperative society laws.
2.2. The App serves as a digital interface for your convenience. Interest rates, maturity periods, & premature withdrawal penalties are determined by the Board of Directors of the XPANZ and are subject to change with prior notice.
2.3. Funds once invested cannot be reversed online except through the standard premature closure requests governed by the society’s terms.
3. Structure:
3.1. The App operates a 5-level referral compensation plan based strictly on successful generation of new investments.
3.2. Commission payouts are calculated and split as follows:
Level 1 (Direct Sponsor): 5% of the investment amount.
Level 2: 2% of the investment amount.
Level 3, 4, and 5: 1% of the investment amount each.
3.3. Commissions are generated only upon the actual realization and clearance of funds from the new investor. If a payment bounces or is reversed, any credited commissions will be clawed back from the respective upline wallets.
